We will make molds. We carry out a full production cycle.

Design, manufacture, testing, transfer of the finished mold to the customer.

As well as post-warranty service.

Only for our production purposes, we have made more than 140 molds in 3.5 years (!).

The minimum terms for the manufacture of molds (WITHOUT LOSS OF QUALITY!)

3 weeks or more (depending on complexity)

The resource laid down by us in the production of molds:

Minimum 1 million cycles*

* - subject to the use of only primary raw materials and strict adherence to the rules of the plastic injection molding process.

Mold production process:

- design

- purchase of all necessary materials (verified suppliers)

- machining and manufacturing of mold parts (completely on our own equipment)

- heat treatment (from a contractor with a reputation)

- mold assembly

- mold testing on our own injection molding machines

We work according to the following scheme (TOTAL 7 STEPS):

Step #1. A potential customer sends us drawings of a part or a sample of a product

Step #2. We calculate the cost → agree with the client

Step #3. Signing a contract with a subsequent advance payment

Step number 4. Mold design

Step number 5. Mold making

Step number 6. Mold test (at least 1000 pressings)

Step number 7. Handover of the mold to the customer

Also, you can order a mold providing for the manufacture of products with your logo. It's about the individuality of your products.

If you constantly need unique plastic products, but you do not have your own injection molding machines. Then you can entrust us with the full production cycle. According to the above scheme, we will make a mold and in the future we will provide casting services for your unique product. By the way, many of our clients use this method.
